Villa Camamila is located in the peaceful urbanisation of Torre Soli Nou, in a privileged location that offers spectacular panoramic views of the sea and Son Bou beach from all its rooms. It is a charming villa with a private pool, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean environment with complete comfort.
The property is distributed over two floors. On the upper floor is the common area, comprising a spacious and bright living-dining room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped with kettle, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, blender, juicer, toaster, fridge, hob, oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor there is also a toilet and a pleasant covered terrace with barbecue area, perfect as an alternative dining area whilst enjoying magnificent sea views.
On the lower floor are the rest areas. The villa has two bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. On the same floor there is another full bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and pool, and their large glazed doors allow plenty of natural light to enter, offering unbeatable views of the sea and beach.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living-dining room, guaranteeing a comfortable stay at any time of year.
The exterior area, presided over by the private pool, invites you to relax and make the most of the outdoor spaces. The villa also has an outdoor parking area and free WiFi connection for all guests.

For groups formed by guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.
During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.
The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.

Tourist tax:
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.
If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.

Villa Dolfins is a charming Mediterranean-style villa of 100 m², located in the peaceful Torre Solí urbanisation, just a few minutes from the famous Son Bou beach. With capacity for up to 5 people, it is the ideal accommodation for families or small groups seeking comfort, privacy and sea views.

The villa is distributed over two floors, with direct access to both the main floor and the ground floor, offering a comfortable and functional layout.

On the main floor there is a bright living-dining room equipped with Smart TV, free wifi and air conditioning. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and capsule coffee maker, perfect for enjoying a worry-free stay. On this floor there is also a guest toilet. From the living room you access a spacious and pleasant covered terrace, ideal for relaxing whilst enjoying magnificent sea views. In addition, the master bedroom is located here, which has a double bed, air conditioning, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The ground floor houses two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning. One of them has a double bed and the other has two single beds. On this floor there is also a complete independent bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa offers a well-maintained garden with a large private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, and a covered area with sofa and chairs, perfect for moments of rest. At the back there is a brick-built barbecue, next to a table with chairs and awning, designed for enjoying pleasant meals and dinners outdoors.
