The villa is distributed over two floors, with direct access to both the main floor and the ground floor, offering a comfortable and functional layout.
On the main floor, there is a bright living-dining room equipped with Smart TV, free wifi and air conditioning. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and capsule coffee machine, perfect for enjoying a worry-free stay. On this floor, there is also a courtesy toilet. From the living room, you can access a spacious and pleasant covered terrace, ideal for relaxing while enjoying magnificent sea views. Additionally, the main bedroom is located here, featuring a double bed, air conditioning, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.
