On this floor there is also a toilet and a pleasant covered terrace with barbecue area, perfect as an alternative dining area whilst enjoying magnificent sea views.
On the lower floor are the rest areas. The villa has two bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. On the same floor there is another full bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and pool, and their large glazed doors allow plenty of natural light to enter, offering unbeatable views of the sea and beach.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living-dining room, guaranteeing a comfortable stay at any time of year.
The exterior area, presided over by the private pool, invites you to relax and make the most of the outdoor spaces. The villa also has an outdoor parking area and free WiFi connection for all guests.
