Villa Camamila is located in the quiet urbanisation of Torre Soli Nou, in a privileged location offering spectacular panoramic views of the sea and Son Bou beach from all its rooms. It is a charming villa with a private pool, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean surroundings with total comfort.
The property is distributed over two floors. On the upper floor is the common area, consisting of a spacious and bright living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, fully equipped with a kettle, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, blender, juicer, toaster, fridge, ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor there is also a toilet and a pleasant covered terrace with a barbecue area, perfect as an alternative dining area while enjoying magnificent sea views.
On the lower floor are the rest areas. The villa has two bedrooms with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the same floor there is another complete bathroom. All rooms have direct access to the terrace and pool, and their large glazed doors allow abundant natural light to enter, offering unbeatable views of the sea and beach.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living-dining room, guaranteeing a comfortable stay at any time of the year.
The outdoor area, presided over by the private pool, invites relaxation and maximum enjoyment of outdoor spaces. The villa also has an external parking area and free WiFi connection for all customers.
