As for the bedrooms, there is one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two have single beds. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub.
Outside, Villa Nicolás offers a spacious furnished terrace with table and chairs, garden with lawn, and a private pool surrounded by a well-maintained tall hedge. The outdoor area is completed with an outdoor shower, six sun loungers and a brick-built barbecue, ideal for enjoying the climate and pleasant evenings outdoors.

For groups formed by guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.
