It consists of a spacious living room that makes the common area of the house very pleasant, its glass doors favour the entry of sunlight and natural light, a spacious kitchen-dining room, two double bedrooms, the main bedroom has a private bathroom and independent access to the terrace with excellent views, a common bathroom and a games area with a billiards table.
It has air conditioning in the living room area and all bedrooms.
Its spacious outdoor terrace, covered and uncovered, with a barbecue area, allows for an alternative dining area on sunny days and starry nights, alongside areas that invite relaxation and tranquillity.

Villa Magdalena, this villa is of classic style with 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning and wonderful sea views.
The villa is located in an area close to the beach and leisure zone, which makes it highly recommended if you do not want to depend so much on the car. The villa is divided into 3 levels: on the upper floor where access to the villa is gained, there is the living room with TV with digital channels, free WiFi for clients; from the same floor we access the kitchen which has an electric oven, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, microwave and everything necessary to enjoy your holidays and we also have access to a small bathroom.
The terrace offers wonderful views of Son Bou beach. Going down the stairs, access is gained to the lower floor, where the 3 double bedrooms are located, one of them with a double bed. Two of the rooms have access to the terrace and the pool area, which also has a barbecue area and a large solarium with sun loungers. The entire plot is surrounded by a garden area.

This is second year at this villa. It had been updated with new internal doors and cupboards in bedrooms which gave a fresher look.Kitchen equipped with plenty crockery, glasses, pans etc which was excellent.Good location just 10 minute walk to restasee more

Lovely views from balcony to the sea and witnessed some lovely sunsets. Hope to return next year.

On a busy crossroads which is sometimes noisy with traffic passing. Appreciate this is not something that can be improved upon, this would not discourage us from staying at this villa again.

Dans la petite cours de service arriere (là ou il y a les cordes pour faire secher le linge) il y a tout le temps de l'eau qui arrive de la rue ou de chez le voisin au dessus de la maison, du coup la cours de service est tout le temps rempli d'eau à see more

Meme quand on nettoie, quelque temps apres il y a nouveau de l'eau par terre, on est obligé de marcher dedans.
