From the street, you climb the stairs to the pool terrace level, separated by 9 steps from the porch terrace and villa access. Wonderful living-dining room with TV, air conditioning and through an arch is the fully equipped kitchen.
The villa has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace with views, and the other two rooms with single beds and ceiling fans. 2 shared bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Spacious covered terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunsets. Large swimming pool and a comfortable area to enjoy a barbecue.

Villa Magdalena, this villa is of classic style with 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning and wonderful sea views.
The villa is located in an area close to the beach and leisure zone, which makes it highly recommended if you do not want to depend so much on the car. The villa is divided into 3 levels: on the upper floor where access to the villa is gained, there is the living room with TV with digital channels, free WiFi for clients; from the same floor we access the kitchen which has an electric oven, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, microwave and everything necessary to enjoy your holidays and we also have access to a small bathroom.
The terrace offers wonderful views of Son Bou beach. Going down the stairs, access is gained to the lower floor, where the 3 double bedrooms are located, one of them with a double bed. Two of the rooms have access to the terrace and the pool area, which also has a barbecue area and a large solarium with sun loungers. The entire plot is surrounded by a garden area.

The variety of sitting/dining areas outside is impressive. The open views towards the sea coupled with the bordering trees and bushes gave one a "feel of privacy"
The properties on the road are well spaced and given it was "high season" we parked outsee more

The properties on the road are well spaced and given it was "high season" we parked outside our villa every day. The pool is great, small steps in and about 2m deep at the far end. Plenty of places to sit and watch "little ones" play safely, whilst you relax a little too. Whilst we didn't use them there appears to be a good local bus service and also a bus to take you down to the beach from just up the road. You would need to check these out. The living area is large and the indoor living dining kitchen area would be useful in winter months. The bedrooms are generous and secured by shutters should you wish. |
