Beautiful three-bedroom villa in Mediterranean style, the villa is located very close to the shopping centre and Son Bou beach.
From the street you climb the stairs to the level of the terrace with swimming pool, separated by 9 steps from the terrace with porch and access to the villa. Wonderful living dining room with TV, air conditioning and open through an arch is the fully equipped kitchen.
The villa consists of three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, air conditioning and with access to the terrace with views and the other two rooms with single beds and ceiling fans. 2 shared bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Large covered terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunsets. Large swimming pool and a comfortable area to enjoy a barbecue.
We would like to inform you that works may currently be taking place on a nearby property, which could cause some noise during your stay. In any case, during the months of July and August the use of heavy machinery is not permitted, so activity during that period is limited to lower impact work.
The booking of this accommodation implies express acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, available on the Escape Home website.
For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.
During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.
The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.

Beautiful villa of approximately 200 square metres of construction, consisting of three bedrooms in Mediterranean style, located very close to Son Bou beach and the shopping centre. It has private access for the car and the entire house is built on the same level, making it very comfortable.
From the street you go up a ramp to the terrace level where there is a lovely area with outdoor furniture and access to the villa. Inside, there is a wonderful living dining room with TV, air conditioning and through an arch you access the fully equipped kitchen.
The villa consists of three bedrooms, the master bedroom, slightly larger, has a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom, and the other 2 have single beds and a fan. Finally, an independent bathroom.
From the living room you access the exterior which consists of two areas. The first area, furnished with furniture and barbecue to enjoy with family and friends, and the second area where the private swimming pool is located with very good views and outdoor furniture.

The variety of sitting/dining areas outside is impressive. The open views towards the sea coupled with the bordering trees and bushes gave one a "feel of privacy"
The properties on the road are well spaced and given it was "high season" we parked outsee more

The properties on the road are well spaced and given it was "high season" we parked outside our villa every day. The pool is great, small steps in and about 2m deep at the far end. Plenty of places to sit and watch "little ones" play safely, whilst you relax a little too. Whilst we didn't use them there appears to be a good local bus service and also a bus to take you down to the beach from just up the road. You would need to check these out. The living area is large and the indoor living dining kitchen area would be useful in winter months. The bedrooms are generous and secured by shutters should you wish. |
