Villa Bona Vista is located in the quiet residential area of Torre Solí Nou and is a comfortable and fully equipped accommodation, ideal for families or groups of friends looking for relaxation and comfort. The property has an area of 120 m² and capacity for up to 8 people. As its name suggests, the villa enjoys beautiful views of Son Bou beach. It has centralised air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living room.
The accommodation is distributed over two floors. On the upper floor, there is a spacious area where the living room with television and dining room are integrated, next to the kitchen and access to a large terrace. The kitchen, with an American bar and ceramic hob, is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, as well as a table for meals. The terrace has a built-in barbecue, table with chairs and armchairs, making it an ideal space for eating outdoors and relaxing.
The villa has four double bedrooms, all located on the ground floor: two with a double bed and two with single beds. It has three full bathrooms with a shower, two of them en suite, which provides greater comfort. From this floor, there is direct access to the pool area, facilitating the use of outdoor spaces during the stay. Equipment includes a safe, hairdryer, and iron.
In the exterior, the villa offers a private swimming pool, outdoor shower and sun loungers, a perfect space to enjoy the good weather and the outdoor environment.
House Rules:
No organisation of parties or events of any kind is permitted.
Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the property's condition and the group's appropriate behaviour during the stay have been verified.
Pets are not accepted.
Tourist Tax:
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.
If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid by card before arrival.
