Las Villas Zodiaco are 2 adjoining semi-detached villas. Villa Zodiaco Aries is located in the Son Bou urbanisation, approximately 600 metres from the beach of the same name. It consists of 3 double bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 2 people each. It has a spacious lounge-dining room with a large window that opens onto a terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the Menorcan sunset. The main floor consists of a lounge with ceiling fans, free WiFi for guests, Smart TV, Bluetooth. Beautiful kitchen, well equipped, with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric and capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave, fridge with freezer. Next to the lounge there is a bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. On the lower floor are the 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
The exterior area consists of a private swimming pool with a very well-maintained private garden and a brick-built barbecue. On the outside, under the stairs, is the washing machine.
