Description
This villa is Mediterranean style, with 5 bedrooms and wonderful views of the sea. The villa is located very close to the Son Bou shopping center and beach, so it is highly recommended if you do not want to depend so much on the car. The villa is divided into 2 levels: On the upper floor, from where the villa is accessed, there is a large living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped open kitchen and a single bedroom.
On the same floor there is a toilet and a terrace that offers wonderful views of Son Bou Beach. Going down the stairs, you access the lower floor, where the four double bedrooms are located. One has a double bed, air conditioning with a clock and an en-suite bathroom. The other three rooms are with single beds, fans and share a full bathroom.
All rooms connect to the terrace with sea views. From here you can access the pool area equipped with outdoor furniture and also has a large barbecue area, equipped with a fridge and sink.
House Rules:
Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.
Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

Ein wahnisinnig großes Haus mit großem Pool in einem typischen menorcinischen Stil. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt und ist auf dem, wie wir feststellten "Millionenhügel gebaut". Alle Häuser freistehend.Tolle Aussicht auf den Strand, der ca. 1 KM entfernt ist. Wir waren als Familie mit 5 Personen verreist und haben den Pool richtig genossen. Ein Mietfahrzeug ist zu empfehlen, damit wir unabhängig waren, wir haben unseren am Flughafen übernommen, einkaufen, verschiedene Strände, Mahon und Citudella kein Problem. Nächstes mal würden wir direkt über Escape Home buchen ( nicht über casamundo/ kein Service nur per Mail ) da die Kommunikation per Telefon, WhatsApp und E Mail sehr freundlich, hilfreich und unkompliziert war. Wir kommen gerne wieder...
