Cosy villa for 4 people with two double bedrooms; one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Both share a bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Beautiful swimming pool with large terraces and sun terrace with loungers, built-in barbecue, awning and umbrella.
Dining room for 4 guests, with everything needed, TV with digital channels, free Wifi.
The kitchen has everything necessary: microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, electric oven.
The villa is located in a quiet area of the Punta Prima urbanisation, just 500 metres from the beach.
The booking of this accommodation implies express acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, available on the Escape Home website.
Tourist tax:
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.
If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.

For groups of guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.
During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.

The house was nice, the pool area amazing. Big Pool and enough place around to lie in the sun or stay in the shade. Outside shower is a big plus.

It would be great if you could lock the bedroom doors.
And if the aircon would work with open doors. The contact on the windows are a good idea, but not on the doors, we thaught.

Good surprise for children when discovering the ping-pong table. Pool at good temperature > 25 degrees at the end of this April week. Easy check in & out. Large Eroski supermarket open 7/7 until 9pm at 10 minutes driving. We would rejoice at coming back again :-)
