Casa Carlota is a modern and bright villa located in Puerto Calero, one of the quietest and most pleasant areas in the surroundings. Equipped with centralised air conditioning, it offers a comfortable environment throughout the year.
The house has three bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and four bathrooms with shower, creating a functional and pleasant space for short or long stays.
The exterior stands out for its large terrace, private pool, mini pool area with bubbles, built-in barbecue, sun loungers, outdoor furniture and a completely fenced plot, which guarantees privacy and comfort. In addition, it offers sea views, an added value for those seeking a relaxing environment.
Casa Carlota is ideal for families, groups of friends and remote workers who wish to stay in a comfortable, well-equipped space located in a quiet area. There are usually few dates available due to its demand.
For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required.
During public holidays and local holiday periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
Parties and events are not permitted.
