Description
Casa Strelitzia is a charming villa nestled in the village of Nazaret. The villa has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms (one of them en suite). The Canarian-style lounge has a smart TV, air conditioning and beautiful views of the volcanoes. Fully equipped kitchen with pantry and dining room, plus a laundry room. The accommodation has WIFI. The outdoor area is divided into several spaces. On one side you will find a small porch with an outdoor kitchen-dining area and barbecue. On the other side is the heated swimming pool area (depending on season), with artificial grass and sun loungers, as well as another outdoor dining area with spectacular views and a side patio. Just a four-minute walk to Lagomar and a few kilometres from Teguise, the former capital of the island, this villa is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends who wish to relax, enjoy all the comforts and connect with island flavour.

For groups composed of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required. During local festival periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the accommodation has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
Parties and events are not permitted.
