Villa Sigfrid is located in the urbanisation of Cap d'Artutx in the municipal term of Ciutadella, about 8 kms from the town and 1.2 kms from Calan Bosch beach.
Supermarkets, Bars and Restaurants, as well as the bus stop, are located about 250 mts away.
The villa is in a classic Menorcan style both inside and outside. It is situated on a plot of about 500m2 and the house has a total of 100m2 built.
Villa on the ground floor where we find the following rooms: Living room with direct access to the outdoor terrace and access to the kitchen at the same time. It has a comfortable sofa, TV with foreign channels, free WiFi for clients.
The independent kitchen is elongated and has all the utensils for cooking, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Italian and capsule coffee maker, kettle, mini blender, combi-type fridge and toaster.
It consists of 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a third with a double bed. All 3 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning.
The villa has 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite, both with shower tray.
Outside it has a covered terrace with table and chair furniture for 5 diners and an outdoor set of sofas and armchairs. Swimming pool and garden with brick BBQ.

Escape Home - very easy to deal with - everything from check in to check out went very smoothly - we arrived over 3 hours early and delighted to find the key to allow us early entry - giving us an extra day .

The villa itself is as described - even more spacious than the pictures show - everything spotlessly clean including the pool - all towels provided The villa itself is only 200m from 3 supermarkets and only 1km to the beautiful harbour locating restaurants and bars - the main beach is just over 1km away but smaller quieter beaches just a short walk around the coast - perfect for an early morning dip watching the sun come up . Its also the perfect resort for watching the sun go down in the evening - stunning sunsets First time in Menorca will definitely hope to be back the people are lovely Would highly recommend this villa and Escape Home are were a pleasure to deal with Thank You |
