Villa MenorcaHome 14 is located in the Calan Bosch urbanisation in the municipality of Ciutadella, about 400 metres from a promenade and 500 metres from Calan Bosch beach.
The property is around 135 m2, of modern style, quadratic in shape, and at street level has a car park with capacity for 2 cars.
In the outdoor area of the property, we have a beautiful garden surrounding the house. On one side of the house, we find the built-in BBQ. And next to the outdoor terrace is the swimming pool with 8 sun loungers and a table and chair set.
The property is distributed over 2 floors:
Ground floor: Covered outdoor terrace with a wooden pergola and direct access to the swimming pool.
Spacious living/dining room with direct access to the outdoor terrace and connected to the kitchen.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, capsule and Italian coffee maker, hand blender.
Fast internet connection via wifi.
Full bathroom with shower.
Double bedroom with double bed.
First floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, both with access to a balcony with views of the rear garden.
Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
In the hallway, there is a bathroom for the 2 bedrooms.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

La villa nos ha encantado. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para encontrarse como en casa o incluso mejor. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Las estancias están decoradas con gusto. La barbacoa es un plus. La piscina está genial con sus hamsee more
La villa nos ha encantado. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para encontrarse como en casa o incluso mejor. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Las estancias están decoradas con gusto. La barbacoa es un plus. La piscina está genial con sus hamacas para tomar el sol. En la parte trasera posee jardín en el cual da el sol por las mañanas. La cocina con lavavajillas y lavadora. Realmente ha sido una estancia maravillosa. La playa de Cala'n Bosc, su puertito con todo tipo de restauración y el faro de Artrutx para ver el atardecer a 10 minutos andando. Ciutadella a solo 15 minutos en coche. Muy buena ubicación.
