**Over the next few months, Villa Jeybo will be undergoing modernisation and redecorating. Part of the furniture and decoration will be renewed to offer a more current, comfortable and welcoming environment for future guests.**
Villa Jeybo is a property located in the Calan Blanes urbanisation, just a 10-minute walk from bars, shops and restaurants. And just 5 minutes from Calan Blanes beach. The villa has spacious interiors and its own private pool with solarium.
Inside, we find a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor, an open living room with sofas, table and chairs, Smart TV, wifi and current decoration. A bathroom with shower, laundry room, and independent kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine, and Italian coffee maker as per inventory.
On the upper floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each.
The bathroom on the upper floor will be renovated with a shower,
THE VILLA HAS AIR CONDITIONING IN THE BEDROOMS.
Equipped and capacity for 4 people.
House rules:
No parties or events of any kind are permitted.
Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory deposit in the case of groups of young people under 26 years old. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the property's condition and the group's appropriate behaviour during the stay have been verified.
No pets are allowed.
Tourist tax:
According to the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.
