**Over the next few months, Villa Maite will be undergoing modernisation and redecorating. Part of the furniture and decor will be renewed to offer a more contemporary, comfortable and welcoming environment for future guests.**
Villa Maite is a cosy and private accommodation located in Binibeca, ideal for groups of up to eight people who wish to enjoy a peaceful holiday in a charming setting. The villa has four bedrooms, making it a perfect option for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and space.
The interior is fully equipped with air conditioning and WiFi connection to ensure maximum comfort throughout the stay. The independent kitchen has modern appliances, including fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, offering everything necessary to prepare meals with ease. The bedrooms have a total of five beds, three double and two single, which allows great flexibility in distribution. In addition, the villa includes an iron for greater convenience.
In the exterior, Villa Maite invites relaxation with its pleasant private garden, outdoor furniture and a perfect terrace to enjoy good weather. It also has a barbecue, ideal for sharing pleasant moments outdoors in a calm and family-friendly environment.
House Rules:
Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.
Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.
No pets allowed.
Tourism Tax:
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.
If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
