The location of Casa Abril is privileged, just 10 metres from the bathing platform (rocky area). Nearby you will find a supermarket and restaurants 50 metres away, which makes shopping and meals easy. The surroundings offer multiple leisure options, such as golf courses 30 kilometres away, water parks and the possibility of visiting the nearby town of Sant Lluis.
Among its external features, a barbecue stands out, ideal for enjoying family evenings outdoors. The house does not allow pets or groups of young people, focusing on offering a calm and pleasant family atmosphere.
House rules: The organisation of parties or events of any kind is not permitted. Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory deposit in the case of groups of young people under 26 years old. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the property's condition and the group's appropriate behaviour during the stay have been verified. Pets are not accepted. Tourist tax: In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands. In the event that this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid by card before arrival.
