The location is exceptional: just a few minutes' walk from the main avenue—with a wide range of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars—and very close to both Playa Chica and Playa Grande, as well as to the town centre and the harbour.

For groups of guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holidays and holiday periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the property has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
