This spacious 60 m² accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people and includes a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed, perfect for families or small groups. The modern and functional décor creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
The apartment features a private bathroom, lounge–fully equipped kitchen —where nothing is missing for a comfortable stay—, washing machine, WiFi and flat-screen TV. For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required.

During public holidays and local holiday periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
