The apartment does not allow pets or groups of young people, and is designed to offer a quiet and family-friendly environment. It also has a safe and an iron for greater guest comfort. Its proximity to the sea and its equipment make it an excellent option to enjoy relaxing holidays in Menorca.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory deposit in the case of groups of young people under 26 years old. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the property's condition and the group's appropriate behaviour during the stay have been verified.
