The property has a maximum capacity of 4 people, being perfect for small families or two couples.
For 2027 both bedrooms will have ceiling fans.The accommodation has 1 bathroom with shower, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for all guests. Additionally, it features an outdoor shower at the back, ideal for rinsing off after enjoying the beach.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay.
The lounge is welcoming and functional, equipped with television and WiFi connection. A covered terrace with table and chairs offers the perfect space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere, with direct access from the lounge through a large window.
The property includes security services with safe and iron available. Check-in is available from 16:00 hours every day of the week, with check-out at 10:00 hours.
Located just 300 metres from the beautiful Playa Es Grau, the apartment offers immediate access to Menorca's crystal-clear waters. At 100 metres you will find the Top Markets supermarket for your shopping, and at 200 metres the Tamarindos Restaurant to enjoy local gastronomy. The city of Mahón is 10 kilometres away, Menorca Airport is 13 kilometres away, and Golf Son Parc is 25 kilometres away.
Please note that pets and groups of young people are not permitted at this property. Additionally, smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.

For groups consisting of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required. During local holiday periods, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.
The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
Tourist tax: In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands. If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
