Located in Arenal d'en Castell just a few metres from Arenal Beach, one of the most famous beaches in the north. Savina Apartment has beautiful views over the complex's garden and the rest of the urbanisation. It features a lovely outdoor terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The property has internet access (wifi), television and two bright, fully equipped bathrooms. It is distributed around the living room with air conditioning and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus juicer. The three bedrooms are equipped with fans. The apartment complex has a communal swimming pool, solarium and parking spaces for residents.

House rules: The organisation of parties or events of any kind is not permitted. Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the property's condition and the group's appropriate behaviour during the stay have been verified. Pets are not accepted. Tourist tax: In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics. If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid by card before arrival.
