It consists of a living-dining room with kitchen with breakfast bar, all in the same space; lounge with sofas, Smart TV, wifi, the kitchen has a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and kitchenware. 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with 2 single beds, both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower (with hairdryer) Air conditioning in the lounge, bedrooms with fans. Separate laundry room with washing machine. Capacity for 4 people.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.
During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.
The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.

Tourist tax:
